Small fixed-scope work starts after payment and written scope are accepted.
Milestone billing is available when the project has clear delivery checkpoints.

Most planning and updates happen in writing. Calls are available when they help resolve ambiguity, unblock decisions, or review important work.

New requests, changed priorities, and added scope are handled through a change order or a new sprint.
